Each piece of apparatus has its own repertoire of exercises many of prepare you for to the Classical Matwork Routine.
General Class Information
If a class is fully booked subscribers will be issued a credit for the class for that week.
Subscribers credits can only be used against a class of equivalent or lesser value.
Credits are valid for 8 weeks from the time of issue.
