Dancer and movement enthusiast, Laura found that her true passion was helping people transform their lives through fitness and mindfulness.
As well as being a fully qualified 3rd Generation Pilates instructor, Laura also gained her Yoga qualification in Thailand and studied Barre in London. She has taught classes all over the world never losing sight of her original goal of effecting positive change in the lives of those she teaches.
With a gentle command, her classes will leave you feeling worked out, energised and strong, yet surprisingly peaceful and calm. She can’t wait to share her practice with you all and hopes to see you in a Pilates, Barre, Yoga or Mum and Baby class soon !
