It's a time of year when we often take stock and start planning for the next twelve months.
The holiday festivities and the weather often make it harder to exercise so a day of intelligent movement and mindful forethought might be just what you need.
We've got a lovely team of helpful experts lined up and ready to help you get 2020 started in the best possible way!
You'll start the day with limbering Yoga session followed by Meditation and Goal Setting.
Lunch is a delicious vegetarian feast to fuel the afternoon's activities and inspire you with new recipes.
After lunch, Kilted Coach Stephen Clarke will inspire you with tips on Lifestyle Management and Nutrition, and you'll finish the day with a Pilates class to send you home revitalised, relaxed and ready to take on 2020!
