New Beginner’s Pilates
Covering the Essential Beginners exercises in an easy to understand way, this is a 6 week Course. We teach you the building blocks of basic Pilates and then combine them into more advanced routines as you become comfortable with them.
You will learn correct breathing techniques, body awareness, starting postures and all the basic exercises of this very popular and effective form of exercise.
No previous experience is required, but many people who have tried Pilates elsewhere find this a very useful course because of the depth of understanding which will be gained.
Home training sheets are available as part of the course for anyone who wishes to keep practising at home.
