Dynamic Stability Training

Dynamic Stability Training (DST), gives you the skills to maintain fluid stability whilst keeping your body in dynamic motion, such as walking.

This class gives you the skills needed to use MBTs in the best possible way for your own body.

Anyone looking at MBTs as a way to alleviate specific pain or to strengthen a joint after injury should consider taking a DST class or two.

With simple exercises we can show you how to make the most out of your ‘gym on two feet’.

DST sessions are run in the Studio or, weather permitting, outside taking in the lovely scenery around Perth Airport. Good walking with a dose of fresh air thrown in! We take a maximum of 4 people per class, to ensure that everyone gets individual attention.
