Masai Barefoot Technology

MBTs are an unstable footwear designed to improve your posture and alleviate back and joint pain. By engaging more muscles than ordinary shoes MBT can be used as part of a training programme to burn more calories, and even reduce cellulite!

Swiss engineer Carl Muller developed the concept to relieve his own back pain. Barefoot walking on uneven surfaces and the natural, graceful posture of the Masai were the influence to create MBT. This is a highly developed modern footwear that takes our walking back to natural movements.
