How we operate

Appointments are available until 10pm Monday to Friday by calling 01738 550396.

We operate on an appointment only basis to allow us to concentrate on your appointment with us uninterupted.

If you require a Gift Voucher, these can be purchased online at www.balanspilates.com.

We do not operate a manned reception at Balans which means we are unable to accomodate any ‘drop in’ enquiries. Best to email us or call as we are usually fully booked and you will rarely catch us inbetween clients.
