Level 2

You can now move your body with ease and control. More demanding exercises require more precision, and you now expect more of yourself, even doing the basic exercises. Many of the Classical Pilates Routine can be seen emerging at this level.

Level 1

This level assumes you have completed our Essential Beginners block or have practised Pilates elsewhere to a basic level. Different exercises every session will challenge you to improve you technique, strength, stamina and flexibility. From here on we use some hand held equipment to make the movements a little more specific and challenging.
