Advanced Matwork Pilates
This class is for advanced participants who are able to complete the full Classical Pilates Matwork Routine. Due to the small size of this class there is sometimes opportunity to train in the Apparatus Studio to challenge the Matwork in a new way.
Intermediate 2 Matwork Pilates
Moving on from Level 1 you will become more practiced at the method and need a little challenge. Being able to make a comfortable Roll Over is a good example of a Level 2 Exercise
Intermediate 1 Matwork Pilates
Once you have completed the Beginners Course you are ready to join the next Level of Pilates. Here we start to introduce small equipment such as Foam Rollers, stretchy Bands and Pilates Balls. The routine begins to run at a slightly faster pace and you will start to feel the burn in some exercises.
