Our Pilates Instructors are highly qualified with Body Control Pilates®, and experienced in the classical Pilates method. The Studio is the only dedicated Pilates space in Tayside. It is modern, warm and well equipped with everything you need to practice fun, safe Pilates whether on a Private, 1:1 basis or in one of our small Group Classes. Novice Beginners classes are run regularly, and we guarantee to keep even the advanced trainer challenged and excited about Pilates, without the use of equipment.

Our therapists offer advanced treatments to alleviate back pain, reduce stress, and skin maintenance. As well as Beauty Treatments, we offer the full range of Elemis wraps, massage and facials. Sports Massage, Hot and Cold Stones Treatments and Swedish Massage are very effective and popular.

With extra-wide heated treatment couches, custom built furniture and personal finishing touches, our Treatment Rooms are the perfect environment to experience one of the many luxurious treatments on offer.
